My a single year aged cat abruptly was contaminated with spherical worms…we gave her dewormer (the one vet suggested) and that seamed to do it. But, because then (5 days now) my cat functions odd…she suddenly begin to move her tail quickly, sometimes shakes her head, occasionally seam like she gazes into absolutely nothing…then she flip to standard and that consistently repeats.
She try to eat and drink normally (h2o intake is a bit elevated), she didn’t vomit at all, no fever in accordance to vet (all hard, it seams to me her ears are bit colder than typical). Gums are normal.
Anyway, I contacted vet again, he informed me cat is almost certainly constipated and still has dead worms inside of (she didn’t had any stool considering that then) and she’s critically poisoned by the harmful toxins from them. She want to poop and she will need some thing to “clean” her organism…but when I asked vet what to do, he just informed me she should combat it on her personal, just to enhance her meals intake and give her an enema.
I really don’t like this guidance, trigger it tends to make me unsure will it assist…there’s no other vet close to here and I’m truly apprehensive now.
I will give her an enema and will boost her meals quantity (quality is tough to enhance, trigger she by now get the very best there is), but is there something else I can do?
Some nutritional vitamins, maybe (in which situation, which?) and is there some organic cleanser or detoxifier I can give her to speed up this approach? Is there some certain foods that would make the approach of cleansing quicker?
