Is Eating Organic Food Important?

www.therenegadehealthshow.com – No matter where I go, or who I talk to, the most common questions about healthy foods that get are these… Why should I eat organic food vs conventional? Are organic foods really better than conventional foods? How do I know that I’m not being scammed? You’d think that with the scientific evidence that pesticides are harmful and organics have more nutrients than conventional foods that people would start switching over. But it’s not the case. I read in a magazine recently that 98% of the population still doesn’t eat organics (who knows if that number is right or not, but even if it’s 70%, it’s still a big deal!) Many of you who read this blog, are in that other 2%, but we still want our friends, family members and fellow humans to be healthy and not suffer from unnecessary toxic load. So I’ve created a demonstration, that hopefully we can share that may change our perspective on the importance of organic foods…

Supersize Me – Documentary

Watch full documentary online: www.documentary-log.com Why are Americans so fat? Two words: fast food. What would happen if you ate nothing but fast food for an entire month? Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock does just that and embarks on the most perilous journey of his life. The rules? For 30 days he can’t eat or drink anything that isn’t on McDonald’s menu; he must wolf three squares a day; he must consume everything on the menu at least once and supersize his meal if asked. Spurlock treks across the country interviewing a host of experts on fast food and an equal number of regular folk while chowing down at the Golden Arches. Spurlock’s grueling drive-through diet spirals him into a physical and emotional metamorphosis and almost Death ,,,This will make you think twice about picking up another Big Mac ! The past 2 years I have been eating a diet off and on rich in Raw and Organic foods , My conclusion is a diet rich in Raw and Organic Foods is one of the Main Keys to unlock the mind to much Higher Consciousness !! From my own Experience i can now really see how dumb down people are from there toxic foods they eat from BIRTH ! Like MSG,Fluoride,Aspartame,White Sugar,Sodium nitrate, ETC ! Two years ago i couldn’t even write and spell something like this ! FACT: Due to my Raw and Organic diet my IQ i has gone up many points ! This shows how toxic Chemical laced foods/products we eat and use from Birth can dumb people down !
