So, I heard cats can often ingest clumping cat litter and this can trigger impactions in their lungs. Is this true for all clumping cat litter or only non-organic clumping cat litter like scoop absent? Like does the world’s very best cat litter pose this very same threat to cats or not given that its produced of corn?

According to my vet and some at Cornell Feline Wellbeing Middle….ALL litter that clumps when met with moisture can be unsafe.
